Contact Rox-anne with your return/exchange details, ship item back (customer pays for shipping cost) and once we receive it we will send you your exchanged item free of charge and refund / charge any difference in cost minus shipping fees.
With the changing sales tax laws we are currently not collecting sales tax. Our accountant is advising us how to proceed on this subject. Meanwhile, the customer is responsible for any use tax your state (if you are one of the lucky ones who lives in a state that charges sales tax) may impose.
Buying a gift? No problem! If you need to return an item that you purchased for a gift please contact Rox-anne with the return details.
Return Policy for the Christmas holiday season: any item purchased between November 25, 2019 and January 15, 2020, unworn and in original packaging, may be returned for full refund, minus any shipping costs you may have paid. Customer pays for return shipping.
Contact Rox-anne for any custom orders. Custom orders generally take between 7-14 business days. However some items may take longer, depending upon the design, as each piece is hand made.
Free Shipping is automatically applied for orders over $100.00. Local customers may choose to pick up items at 100 Basin Street, Basin MT 59631 with scheduled pick up. For orders less than $100.00 there is a $8.00 shipping & handling charge. We ship all packages Unites States Postal Service. All orders that are in stock will ship within 2-3 business days. For items that are on backorder please allow 7-10 business days plus shipping time. For an item that is expected to take longer it will specify in the description section on the item page.
